What this kitchen actually is
The photograph is a real finished job: a built-in grill set into custom wood cabinetry, a vent hood mounted above it, and a tongue-and-groove pine ceiling overhead tying the whole structure together.
It is not a slab with a grill dropped on it. The cabinetry is built in, the ceiling is finished wood, and the vent hood is there because someone actually intends to cook under it.

Built to stay outside
A pine ceiling and a vent hood are what separate a covered outdoor kitchen you use in the rain from a slab you only use on a clear afternoon.
The wider interior angle of this same kitchen shows the cabinetry running the length of the structure, not a single cabinet bolted to a post.
Ties into the rest of the house
An outdoor kitchen is a roof, a slab and a run of gas or electrical service, the same trades that go into an addition. The same contractor who frames a sunroom or a home addition can carry this the same way.
